Release Ideology
cxconnect.ai takes a fast, iterative approach to releases. If you are familiar with agile methodologies, it’s very similar to that. As bugs are uncovered or features are recommended, we build, test, and release. We strive to keep backwards compatibility with all v3.x releases but occasionally dependent packages must be updated. These are called out in the “Dependencies” section of each release.Structure

There are 4 separate apps to allow for flexibility dependent on what Salesforce options your organization has enabled
- Base app: Contains the basic functionality to communicate with cxconnect.ai servers along with Email, Interpreter, Enriched Records, and Translation Rules. This application must be installed before any other.
- Messaging app: Contains the functionality to integrate with Salesforce Digital Engagement Messaging Channels.
- Knowledge app: Contains the functionality to integrate with Salesforce Knowledge articles.
- Chat app: Cntains the functionality to integrate with the deprecated LiveAgentChat.
