Functionality

  • The cxconnect.ai Knowledge application for Salesforce allows for the automatic creation of translated Knowledge Articles.\
  • The application is able to translate any existing Knowledge Article into any pre-configured (enabled in Salesforce) language.
  • Master articles are the only records that are able to be translated.\
  • All Translated articles are automatically put into a Draft status and will follow whatever approval processes exist in an organization.\
  • Duplicate translations are not allowed by both the cxconnect.ai application and Salesforce, to regenerate a translated document the existing translation must first be deleted.\
