Pre-Install Information

The ‘cxconnect.ai App’ is a collection of applications that extend the functionality of a common ‘Base App’. The following list encompasses the full suite of applications:
  1. cxconnect.ai Base App
  2. cxconnect.ai Messaging App
  3. cxconnect.ai Knowledge App
  4. cxconnect.ai LiveChat App
Each application is individually versioned to allow for quick updates and isolated testing. The Base App is the only required application.

Provisioning in the Admin Portal

To facilitate communication between your Salesforce environment and cxconnect.ai servers, a Personal Access Token (PAT) must be generated within your provisioned Admin Portal. Your Customer Success team will provide you with training on how to generate your own API key (PAT).

Best Practices

Configure Email-To-Case Settings

It is recommended to set the following Email-To-Case setting. This prevents cxconnect.ai services from attempting to re-translate an entire email chain on each reply. Recommended Email-To-Case setting Figure 1: Enable “Reply with new content only”.
