To facilitate communication between your Salesforce environment and cxconnect.ai servers, a Personal Access Token (PAT) must be generated within your provisioned Admin Portal. Your Customer Success team will provide you with training on how to generate your own API key (PAT).
It is recommended to set the following Email-To-Case setting. This prevents cxconnect.ai services from attempting to re-translate an entire email chain on each reply.Figure 1: Enable “Reply with new content only”.
