Connection Issues
Problem: Unable to connect or authenticate What to check:- Verify your email and API key are entered correctly
- Make sure the API key hasn’t been deleted or revoked in Gorgias
- Check that your subdomain is spelled correctly (just the subdomain part, not the full URL)
- Ensure your Gorgias account is active
Missing Messages
Problem: Tickets sync but some messages are missing What to check:- Verify the API key has read permissions for messages
- Check that the messages exist in Gorgias
- Contact support if data consistently appears to be missing
Wrong Subdomain
Problem: Connection fails with “not found” error What to check:- Make sure you’re using only the subdomain (e.g.,
company, notcompany.gorgias.com) - Double-check spelling of your subdomain
- Verify you’re using the correct Gorgias account
