# Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On (SSO) enables users to log in using their existing organizational credentials via your chosen identity provider. It improves security, streamlines user management, and delivers a consistent login experience across your systems.

## Managing SSO in the Admin Portal

In [**Admin Portal**](https://auth.cxconnect.ai/)\* → **Organization → Login and Access** administrators can:

* Define how users are authenticated
* Configure identity providers
* Access the information required for SSO, such as metadata and endpoints
